The 106 and 113 pound matches at Who's Number One are off, per Justin Basch, who posted an updated look at the boys card on the morning of the event in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Basch notes that Flo has not said anything official about either match. He adds that he believes there was an effort to get Loren and Restivo to wrestle, but to no avail.

What Basch actually said
Basch's wording leaves the door open on how the promotion handles it publicly. He is reporting the two matches as off while stating plainly that no official word has come from Flo, which is the distinction worth holding onto until the event runs. He also frames the Loren and Restivo pairing as an attempt at a replacement bout rather than something that was ever announced.
Our take: the two lightest weights are usually where a late scratch is hardest to patch, because the pool of ranked kids who can make 106 or 113 on no notice is small, and Basch's account of the failed Loren and Restivo effort fits that.
Who's Number One is the marquee high school folkstyle card of the fall, and the 106 and 113 matches are the first two spots on the board, so the card now opens a weight or two higher than advertised.
