Deputy and Woode miss weight at Who's Number One
Basch floated Evan Restivo vs Luke Loren as a fill-in, but nothing is official.
Kooper Deputy at 106 pounds and Analu Woode at 113 pounds both missed weight for Who's Number One, per Justin Basch and Pat Mineo, who reported it separately on the day of the event. Basch added that Deputy's match against Luke Loren was contracted at 106 plus five pounds, and that Deputy never made it to weigh-ins at all. Two of the card's lightest matchups came off the board before anybody stepped on the mat.
The possible replacement
Basch floated one fix. He suggested Evan Restivo against Loren, pointing out that the two weighed in two pounds apart, Restivo at 111 and Loren at 113. He was clear that it was speculation.
"Nothing has officially been announced yet," Basch wrote.

What nobody has said
Neither Basch nor Mineo gave a reason for either miss, and no cut details, no illness and no scratch explanation has been reported. There is also no word on a replacement for Woode's match. The only concrete thread is Basch's note on the allowance, that the Deputy bout carried a five pound cushion and it still did not happen.
For a card built on head to head matchups between ranked high schoolers, missing weight is the one outcome that leaves nothing to grade. Deputy and Loren were the 106 pairing, and losing a top match at the lightest weight takes away one of the few live data points fans get on that class before the season.
Our take: the five pound allowance detail is the part worth sitting with. A plus five contract usually removes the weight question entirely, so the fact that Deputy never reached the scale points at something other than a bad cut, and nobody has said what.
Things to watch. Whether Who's Number One runs Restivo against Loren as a substitute bout, and whether anyone from the event, Deputy's camp or Woode's camp explains the misses.
