Anderson beats No. 1 Borge 3-2 in UTB at 138
MatScoutWillie called No. 1 settled, then conceded it only holds until Super 32, where both are entered.
No. 2 Dean Anderson beat No. 1 Israel Borge 3-2 in ultimate tiebreaker at 138 at the Elite 8 Duals, per MatScoutWillie, who posted the result and followed it with a flat verdict that No. 1 at 138 is settled. @rarebreedboys, posting on Borge's behalf, said the match ended on a UTB ride out. Justin Basch had the same score and the detail that matters most going forward, that both wrestlers are registered at 138 for Super 32.
MatScoutWillie walked his own declaration back within minutes, adding that 138 is settled "Until S32, that is."
Borge's camp pushes back
@rarebreedboys answered the settled call with a weekend resume. Borge went 6-1 at the event with bonus points in five of the six wins, including a tech fall over Matt Orbeta. The account also noted Borge and Anderson are now 1-1 head to head and argued Borge earned the Who's Number One match at 138.
The same post gave credit to the other side, saying respect to Valiant and Dean for taking a match they did not need to take. MatScoutWillie replied, "Agree on all fronts."

The WNO piece
Anderson already has a Who's Number One assignment. Justin Basch reported that No. 1 Dean Anderson versus No. 2 Gavin Mangano was added to the card, and noted that Mangano was the last high schooler to beat Anderson. Who's Number One is Sept. 26 on FloWrestling.
That is the crux of the @rarebreedboys complaint. Borge split a series with Anderson and stacked bonus through the weekend, and the 138 slot on the Flo card went elsewhere. Nobody in the sources has explained how the matchmaking decision was made.
What the head to head does settle for now is the top line at a loaded high school weight. Anderson owns the most recent win, by one point, in the last period available. Borge owns the better weekend by volume and finishing rate.
