Cy-Hawk dual set for Nov. 22 in Iowa City

Iowa State announced the date, time and stream for the rivalry dual with Iowa.

Iowa and Iowa State have a date for the Cy-Hawk dual. Iowa State Men's Wrestling posted that the rivalry meet goes Nov. 22 at 1 p.m. in Iowa City, streaming on BIG+. That is the Hawkeyes hosting, early in the season, on a Sunday afternoon slot.

That is the whole of what the Cyclones announced. No lineups, no ticket details, no broadcast team, nothing beyond the four lines on the graphic.

Why it lands

It is the one dual on both schedules that sells itself without a ranking attached, and the November date means both rooms will be putting out lineups that are still sorting themselves out rather than postseason-ready ones. The BIG+ listing is the practical detail for anyone not getting into Carver.

What to watch for is the rest of the scheduling news, specifically which starters each side runs out in a dual this early, and whether either program releases a full lineup ahead of the date. Neither school has said anything further yet.
